Open Position: Postdoctoral researcher in physics of massive stars / binary stars

 
The Physics Department in Ariel University is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work with Dr. Amit Kashi on topics related to massive stars or binaries.The position is initially for 2 years, extendable contingent to funding and productivity. Applicants must hold a Ph.D degree in Physics or Astronomy, and should have experience in stellar physics or closely related field. Previous experience with running hydro-dynamical codes and/or stellar evolution codes is desirable  but not mandatory. The post-doc will be allowed to use up to 20% of his/her time to pursue his/her own research project.
