Cathetarization are intended for minimal invasive procedures. The art ofers a variety of cathetarization means. Nevertheless, since catherization is made via pushing the catheter, it ocasionally failes (20% of total cardiac operations) due to narrow (or curved) arteries. Various mechanisms for pulling the catheter has been ofered and failed, amongst are hydraulic Inch-worm mechanisms and various magnet actuated mechanisms. We have designed and fabricated a novel mechanism based on unidirectional friction phenomena coupled with vibration induced upon the mechanisem.
